Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer may exercise the Right of Withdrawal for any reason, without having to provide an explanation and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to that effect within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the products.
This notice must be sent by email to vintageederivati@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to 328.4511783.
Alternatively, pursuant to Article 54-bis of the GDPR, a return request may also be submitted using the online form HERE.
The following conditions must be met in order to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety;
- the purchased item must be intact and complete in all its parts and still in its protective cellophane;
- the purchased item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging, free of dents, scratches, cuts or any other damage that would reduce its commercial value;
- the address for returning the goods is: Vintage e Derivati - Via Oda Olberg 29, 00135 Rome, Italy;
- the goods to be returned must be physically handed over to a courier or to Poste Italiane, or delivered in person to Vintage e Derivati, Via Oda Olberg 29, 00135 Rome, Italy;
- the only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal under Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999 “Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC” are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.
www.vintageederivati.com accepts no liability whatsoever for damage, theft or loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Once the return has been received, www.vintageederivati.com will refund the customer the full amount already paid, using the same method as the original payment.
Damaged or defective goods
The customer must promptly inform www.vintageederivati.com of any goods received damaged or defective before removing the cellophane.
To ensure the legal warranty, the parcel must be signed with reservation to the courier. If damage, openings, tears or any other type of damage is found on the outer packaging, a signature with reservation is mandatory. Without a signature with reservation, no assistance can be provided for such damage.
If the damage compromises the usability of the product, www.vintageederivati.com will undertake to replace the product, if possible and still available, or to issue a refund as agreed with the customer.
