Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the “General Terms”) govern the sale of products marketed by Vintage e derivati s.r.l. in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sale and purchase transactions between the Seller and the Customer shall be governed by the following General Terms.
Registration
Users who intend to purchase on www.vintageederivati.com and use the services available on the website must complete Registration.
By registering, the user declares that they have read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered are true and accurate, assuming full responsibility for the information provided.
In the event of any changes, the user must promptly inform the Company.
Acceptance of the terms of sale
The contract between Vintage e derivati s.r.l. and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon order confirmation. Such acceptance shall be considered implied, after notice to the Customer by any means. By placing an order through the available methods, the Customer declares that they have read all information provided during the purchase process and that they fully accept the general terms of sale.
Orders
The customer who submits an order directly from the website will receive, at the end of the procedure, an email confirming that the order has been placed, including the related order number.
If, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal shall be deemed not accepted for all legal purposes, including for accounting or administrative reasons or due to product unavailability.
An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by phone or by written notice sent by email to vintageederivati@gmail.com
For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
Selling prices
All selling prices displayed on www.vintageederivati.com are shown in euros and include VAT. They may change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are charged to the Customer and are clearly displayed before the order is completed. In the event of a price discrepancy after the Customer’s order, the Customer will be informed immediately by phone or email and may withdraw from the purchase commitment without any penalty.
