Information on the processing of personal data
This notice is provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Vintage e derivati di Michele Iatalese, with registered office at Via Oda Olberg, 29 - 00135 Rome (RM), Italy - VAT no. 15736071000.

2. Purposes of processing
Data are collected in order to provide a service, to perform a contract, to respond to a request, or following a spontaneous submission by the user. Provision of data is optional. Failure to provide data will prevent or limit the provision of the service or the performance of the contract with the data subject.
Personal data will also be used for the following purposes:
- sending technical, commercial and informational communications, catalogues, price lists and samples;
- promotional activities;
- market research and quality control.
Browsing data relating to IP address, date and time of access and requested URL are also collected in anonymous form. These data are collected for statistical purposes, to check the proper functioning of the services, for security reasons and to comply with applicable law. These data are not transmitted to third parties.
3. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties in order to carry out the purposes of processing.
4. Retention
Personal data are retained for an unlimited period of time, at the Controller’s discretion. Where applicable, they are in any case retained for the minimum period required by law.
Access logs are retained for 6 months.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and data portability. Such requests will be fulfilled to the extent that they do not conflict with applicable law.

7. Automated processing
Personal data are not subject to automated processes, such as profiling.
8. Purpose limitation
Personal data will not be processed for purposes other than those for which they were collected.
9. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by users send to their terminals, where they are stored and then transmitted back to the same websites on the subsequent visit. So-called “third-party” cookies are instead set by a website other than the one the user is visiting. This is because each website may contain elements (images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains, etc.) that reside on servers other than that of the website being visited.
